At a time when there are fewer survivors, this message takes on greater significance. This is precisely what led to the launch of the IHRA Charter for Safeguarding Sites. The IHRA Charter helps governments understand the challenges facing sites while working with relevant stakeholders and using expert-led mitigation strategies to safeguard these sacred grounds well into the future.
