Rejection can be difficult to swallow, but instead of ruminating over a less than ideal decision, use it to catapult your next move. Don't let it eat you alive and cause doubt. Work on a plan and come back stronger, so that next time, instead of rejection, it could be a maybe, and then finally a yes! Rejection is part of life and how you handle it can enhance your interpersonal skills, or make you a huge red flag. For me, it's like adding fuel to my drive, but instead of coming in cool and collected, I'm hyper-focused, determined, and powered-up all the way to the acceptance line. It also reminds me to always stay at the top of my game and never get too comfortable.
