Our Executive Director, Abdullah Snobar, ICD.D, covers the premiere edition of 3 magazine.
The magazine was inspired by a long-standing gap in the Canadian media landscape: Despite frequent discussions about the vital role immigrants play in Canada's growth and the nation’s commitment to diversity, few media outlets truly engage with this community.
3 is a luxury lifestyle magazine with content that lies at the intersection of culture, lifestyle, business and innovation.
Thank you to 3 for giving us a platform to share his story, and how his roots have shaped the leader he is today.

When Abdullah Snobar, the executive director of the DMZ, set out to make his mark on the business world, his ethos was grounded in care: “You have to be thoughtful about your impact.”
But that doesn’t mean thinking small, Snobar says. Quite the opposite, in fact. He advises his founders to think *big*—just “without breaking things along the way.”
