It was a great masterclass at Salesforce yesterday. One of the themes that came up -- How to deal with the uncomfortable situations: - an executive going off topic - disagreement that isn't being resolved - giving feedback to a senior business partner One simple tip? Sticky notes. Write down a sentence starter, so you don't have to figure out WHAT to day in the moment. If you don't know what to say, you are unlikely to say anything.
