Having an effective introduction to the concept and benefits of innovation. 2. Incorporating an established structural frameworks in how technology is considered for specific function enhancements. 3. Ensuring engagement and innovation channels for managers at each level, especially frontline managers that are measured and communicated for visibility and awareness of the impact being made.
