After some transitioning classes and the Wayland Baptist University SHRM Student Chapter #5583 at WBU Alaska Career Management workshop last weekend. I understand that a targeted resume should not be a generic template, but rather a personalized document that is tailored to the specific job position and the company it is intended for. It is important to update the resume for each submission to make it stand out among other applicants.
