The working principle of injection molding machine. The injection molding machine is a device used for the production of plastic products, and its working principle is as follows: 1. Feeding: plastic pellets or powder are added to the hopper of the injection molding machine. 2. Heating: the plastic is heated to a molten state through the heating system. 3. Pressure: while in a molten state, the injection molding machine uses a screw to inject the plastic into the cavity of the mold and applies a certain pressure. 4. Cooling: once the plastic is injected into the mold cavity, the plastic is cooled and solidified through the cooling system. 5. Mold opening: after the plastic is cooled and solidified, the mold is opened, and the finished plastic product is taken out. 6. Cycle: repeat the above steps to continuously produce plastic products.
