💊 ACEGEN, our paper about RL for Drug Discovery has been published in the Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling! ACEGEN is a TorchRL-based toolkit for drug discovery and design. Congrats Albert Bou for leading this project It's been one of the most fun projects to work on (Gianni De Fabritiis never ceases to bring entertaining stuff to work on! 😆) From my perspective, it shows again that we managed to build something that scales beyond a single use case with TorchRL: the applications of the lib cover robotics, autonomous driving, aircraft control, portfolio optimization, power grid control... and now medical applications, which are very dear to my heart! ACEGEN is a multicenter collaboration between Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Acellera Therapeutics, Psivant Therapeutics, Janssen Inc.
