It appears that the wrong song clip time was selected to advertise my song on iTunes and other platforms. I’ve brought this to the attention of your team and received a response from Brandon, who mentioned he would get back to me within five days. Unfortunately, it has now been six days, and I haven’t received any further communication or resolution. As a loyal customer and artist with CD Baby for quite some time, I’m disappointed that my issue has not been taken seriously or resolved in a timely manner.
