In many countries, this June was filled with Pride activities to create and strengthen awareness on topics around the LGBTQ+ communities. 🫶 And The Rainbow Team offered a range of activities for colleagues around the company at Dr. Oetker, too. 🌈 We have been delighted to welcome the public speaker Jude Guaitamacchi, who talked about LGBTQ+ in workplaces, allyship and the importance of pronoun visibility. Many colleagues from around the world joined this virtual session and have learned more about gender diversity and its dimensions in depth. The Dr. Oetker Content Factory team has also created a colourful Pride Flag – cake. Happy Pride Month! 🌈 We celebrate diversity and inclusion every day, but Pride Month gives us an extra opportunity to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community. This month, we stand with our LGBTQ+ team members, clients, and partners, honoring their contributions and recognizing the importance of creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. What a great activity! Our sector - from agriculture, crafts, industry and trade to gastronomy - is characterized by diversity and openness to the world. Our food is regional and international, is culture, is choice, is diversity. Food means enjoyment - enjoyment and hatred exclude themselves!
