Irritability: Increased frustration or sensitivity to stress can often signal underlying anxiety. Difficulty Concentrating: Struggling to focus or feeling your mind goes blank are common symptoms. Physical Symptoms: Headaches, muscle tension, or stomach issues can be linked to anxiety, manifesting as physical discomfort.
