7moEyes open, ears open, engage, ask questions if you don’t understand, other than that keep your mouth shut and clean. If you cook it better be good, there’s a lot of different bellies to satisfy. My 2 cents. The rig should always be ready and clean. After every damn call. Pride comes from cleanliness and preparedness. Power tools fueled and operational. This all resonates from the house to the apparatus. Always train and listen to those that know.
