First Responder Performance Training

Conditioning means different things to different people; especially among first responders. Goals, preferences, and needs can vary greatly. That's why at Performance Code, LLC, we aim to provide education along with program guidance. Conditioning can be more than just going out for a long run. It is also more than just slapping a bunch of random exercises together and doing it as fast as possible. A favorite quote of mine from Dr. Mel Siff - "Any fool can create a program that is so demanding that it would virtually kill the toughest Marine or hardest of elite athletes, but not any fool can create a tough program that produces progress without unnecessary pain." Select your exercises with purpose and choose your methods with intent. Here, Aurora Fire Rescue Academy 24-01 completed a conditioning session focused on lactic power intervals. #strengthandconditioning #tacticalstrengthandconditioning #firefighters #firefighter #fireacademy #firefightertraining

They are coaches well! Respect! They are all following generally the same technique when performing the exercises.
