Our minds are lagging. Our societal structures are lagging. Our bodies are lagging. We create no long-term goals, and our governments have swelled into systems obsessed with controlling status, built on rules that will, one day, eat themselves. It seems we’ve lost the ability to push forward in a meaningful way, to create goals that benefit us collectively, instead of simply maintaining power or fulfilling short-term desires. If I were to create a long-term goal for humanity, it would begin with a fundamental shift: Stop judging others based on arbitrary things that benefit no one. Instead of judgment, we should help others grow. Instead of tearing each other down, we should provide honest feedback—feedback that comes from a place of love and respect, not fear of hurt feelings. It’s not always easy to hear, but when someone who genuinely cares about you tells you the truth, it’s because they’re trying to help you, not tear you apart. There is strength in honesty. There is growth in discomfort. As Carl Jung said, “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” But it goes deeper than individual interactions. Our global systems are flawed. We are stuck in outdated models that no longer serve us. Why do we still cling to borders, to nations that punish people for being born—by sheer chance—in a different country? Why do we allow a system where someone born in poverty is denied the right to travel, to explore, to contribute fully to the global community? It’s as if we’ve accepted that our freedom and liberty should only extend as far as the arbitrary lines we’ve drawn on maps. This way of thinking is holding us back. We need to learn that greed and possessions are not what make us happy. Fulfillment doesn’t come from hoarding wealth or status; it comes from contribution—helping others and achieving health and happiness not just for ourselves, but for everyone. These should be the goals of our future selves, yet we put in so little effort to achieve them. Instead, we’ve let our societies drift toward greed, corruption, and ego. If we could just see past these distractions, we might be able to move in the right direction. As Gandhi once said, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” True fulfillment lies in helping others and working together toward a more united existence. It might sound like a pipe dream—no nations, no borders, no greed, no judgment—but so did many of the technological advancements we enjoy today. The first steps toward this future begin with less judgment and more kindness. We need more nature, more empathy, and fewer toxic traits like anger and manipulation. Empty positions, empty power, no one sits in the palace for life. Empty wealth, empty poverty, you must accept this life well. Spring goes, summer comes, autumn and winter change, the tides of the sea never end, see the world with a clear mind. Every family has difficulties that are difficult to express, don't let worries haunt your mind. Raising children is a duty, helping them is happiness. Children and grandchildren will have their own fate, don't let them be trapped. As long as you are old you must be healthy, live in happiness. Morning goes west, evening goes east, humans like bees collect honey. Who is honey for? sweet, life is full of useless hardships. Look broadly, think clearly, grow old at peace with the world. From afar, the hospital was like heaven, saving countless people. up close, the hospital is like a bank, collecting a lot of money; Going to hospital is like prison, it's better to prevent it early! Health is an invisible asset, maintaining health is like saving in the bank, illness is like paying off debt, serious illness can drain all wealth, don't take it lightly, by the time you regret it is too late!

When a person starts to feel the pain of others, then he starts the journey towards achieving human greatness. It is a journey in which man gains awareness about the purpose of creation of the universe and the cause of creation of mankind. In this journey, where on the one hand a person reaches the limitless goals of intellect and consciousness, he gets the opportunity to reach the heights of human greatness and acknowledge the countless blessings of nature. People who remain alert in this journey and pay attention towards the cause of creation of humanity, on their every step they definitely become enlightened about the facts of life. It helps them to get the awareness about their own social responsibility to alter their actions and habits to make them more commendable. Good thinking and commendable deeds of such noble people give them a proud place in the society. Whereas people who do not show positive attitude and do not change their behavior always remain in a dire situation. Negative social response keeps them away from people and they don't get chances to mingle with people easily. This is why such bad tempered people always find it much difficult to cope up with their day to day affairs in the practical life. As a result they become isolated and lose the social connectivity. We know it very well that this world is made for human beings to help each other, so it is the responsibility of every person who has knowledge , social status and financial capability should take part in the social activities and help needy people in all the possible way. In fact if we do so we touch the limit of human dignity and the highness of our good character brings much relaxation in our lives. When we spend time in their company we get knowledge and wisdom, a kind and tender heart and better way of thinking. It helps us a lot to make our lives more commendable and peaceful not for ourselves but for others as well. We should remember that our good thinking, good action and good speech always make our good identity among the people. When we become fully aware of our social responsibilities and play our role carefully then we become honorable in the society.

The expectation that change will be swift and the failure to perceive it when it’s not impacts politics for the worse. A common source of uninformed despair is when a too-brief effort doesn’t bring a desired result—one round of campaigning, one protest. Or when one loss becomes the basis for someone to decide winning is impossible and quitting—as if you tossed a coin once and decided it always comes up tails. Another immense impact of this impatience and attention-span deficit comes when a political process reaches its end, but too many don’t remember its beginning. At the end of most positive political changes, a powerful person or group seems to hand down a decision. But at the beginning of most were grassroots campaigns to make it happen. The change got handed up before it got handed down, and only the slow perspective, the long view, lets you see the power that lies in ordinary people, in movements, in campaigns that often are seen as unrealistic, extreme, aiming for the impossible at their inception. ... Describing the slowness of change is often confused with acceptance of the status quo. It’s really the opposite: an argument that the status quo must be changed, and it will take steadfast commitment to see the job through. It’s not accepting defeat; it’s accepting the terms of possible victory. Distance runners pace themselves; activists and movements often need to do the same, and to learn from the timelines of earlier campaigns to change the world that have succeeded. To be able to see change is to be able to make change. How do YOU deal with your #anger, your #sadness, you #grief and sense of sheer and utter #powerlessness in the face of -let's face it- the totally #fuckedup state of this world? If you are anything like me, you have coping mechanisms - ways to numb and distract yourself, to push those feelings aside, -and/OR you might also be turning them inwards where the toxicity might feel like pollution within. Or you become cynical and just give up. No longer even try and bother to take a stand, let alone make a change. Yet. Notice: Anger, grief, and sadness are powerful energies. When can learn to allow ourselves to really FEEL those feelings and TAKE. THEM. SERIOUSLY. We can learn to feel their energy - their undeniable truth in our bodies, and hold on to their validity, and then CHANNEL THEM *OUTWARDS* AND INTO ACTION. We can let our grief be the fuel for your words and deeds. We can let our sadness fuel our passion. Let our anger fire up our resolve to resist every single day. We can fuel it and fire it up. (If we do go down, can we please NOT go down sitting, please?) . . . And THIS is the next point where I think so many of us get stuck - if we do all of that we still DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. It all seems too big. You don't know where to start. Here's what I think: The state of our world is an expression of consciousness. The old toxic, exploitative, extractive, aggressive, and toxic paradigm of ruthless capitalism is ending. One of THE most powerful things you/we CAN do is contribute to the ideas and the shift in consciousness that contribute to a radically new and regenerative paradigm. The state of our world IS the expression of human consciousness/of the dominant paradigm. WITH EVERY STEP WE TAKE and WITH EVERY SINGLE CONVERSATION we are now shifting this paradigm. Don't underestimate the power of ideas and cnverstaions. Don't underestimate the power of shifting the consciousness. Sink your teeth into powerful new and visionary ideas such as the #doughnuteconomy or #degrowth . They need to be fleshed out. In the specificity of this - THIS is where the work lies. Contributing to THIS is one of THE most powerful things we can do. But we cannot revolutionise the system if we're cynical, half asleep, and numb. This requires that we are FULLY ALIVE. We can sharpen and fuel our minds with the intensity of our grief, sadness and anger - and also our #love for this planet, all animals and plants on it and for all of humanity. When I look at the people in general, most entitled, are unhealthy & weak-minded with a total lack of mission and purpose. And all are indulging degenerate activities as distractions to solving any problems. Fighting over stupid petty things, our cultural wars like woke-ism or Diversity and Inclusion or ESG platitudes. This is Sayre’s Law: "In any dispute the intensity of feeling is inversely proportional to the value of the issues at stake." No wonder our enemies in the Chinese Communist Party, Russia and Iran are pushing and testing us, encouraging our divisions, while they buy up precious commodities around the world, buying and locking up allies across key trade routes. We’re so busy infighting we don’t see the steel rings around us. But every action has an opposite and equal reaction. We see influential people like Joe Rogan, David Goggins, Jocko Willink, Alex Homozi, Justin Waller, Jordan Peterson, Patrick Bet David who preach doing the hard things, who preach getting strong physically, mentally and financially. This gives me hope that this movement will help us turn things around in the West. If not, the consequences will be pretty severe I fear. So be like the Iron Hands, be harsh on yourself so you can remove any weakness from your mind, body and soul. Our times, our society and our families' survival require this. For thousands of years humanity has been on repeat: control, suppression, fear, division, wars… and… repeat. You’d think we would have figured it out by now? Not some unattainable utopia, but better than this. Or the simple truth is, that that some people have figured it out, and the masses are simply 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱, 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲's 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲? My hypothesis is simple, jailbreak our minds. Most people don’t understand what they really are. i.e. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿. And your imagination can be hijacked. So we need to get the mind out of a captive, reactive, and manipulated state. To get it free. Everyone can point to the other side, the govt, the dark state, the globalists, this religion or that religion, this political party or that one, banking, etc… (even flat earthers and aliens), honestly, it doesn’t matter at this point. All of those things are distraction and division right now. There is a more fundamental issue. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿. We are connected to everything and responsible for it, at some level. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨. Not the truth of the dark state, globalist forces, or external things that are so bad. The starting point is you.
