BE SAFE … #ppinsights Workplace safety should be a top priority for every individual, regardless of their role or position. It is crucial that we all actively participate in creating a safe environment and take action when we come across any unsafe conditions. Safety should not be treated as a mere set of rules and regulations but rather ingrained as a culture and mindset within the organization. This mindset extends beyond the workplace as well. When driving, for example, wearing a helmet or a safety belt should not be viewed solely as a regulatory requirement, but rather as a direct connection to preserving human life. Recognizing the value of safety in all aspects of life promotes a proactive approach towards protecting ourselves and those around us. #safety #safetyfirst #safetymatters

Appreciable sir! But most important to lead by example by owning safety as non negotiable value for any organisation and therefore behavioural safety comes in picture

Truly sir. It impacts on any individual’s life , family, friends, job & company. Safety is nothing but a state of mindset. If we will not able to identify what could go wrong while at work we will not be completely SAFE. We need to be trained to think ahead as we approach each task and consider - What are we working for - What we are doing - How we are doing & - What could go wrong For that we have to change our behavior towards safety because safety is an state of being SAFE.🙏

Being the safety professional I personally appreciate your thoughts, there are very few officials who pays attention towards the development of a safe industrial culture and safe to work culture. The strength of negative thinkers are higher than positive thinkers.
