Dear Professionals and Jobseekers, This is for you, I want to remind everyone, how crucial it is to post legitimate and verified job advertisements on this platform #LinkedIn There have been instances when job advertisements that are outdated or unverified are posted and circulated, this might have lead to confusion and difficulty for organisations as well as jobseekers. Posting such advertisements, not only reflects poorly on our professionalism but also damages the trust of potential candidates. I want to emphasis the following aspects to make sure we preserve the integrity of our hiring procedures and uphold our reputation as trustworthy Individuals or employer: 🖊️ Please verify all information is correct before publishing any job advertisements. This covers the job description, requirements, and application closing date. 🖊️ Exclusively keep job posting up-to-date by promptly removing or updating advertisements once the position has been filled. 🖊️ Be transparent to jobseekers about the status of the position advertised if filled or on hold, kindly communicate this clearly. 🖊️ Ensure that all advertisements comply with relevant rules and regulations as appropriate. By adhering to these guidelines, we can streamline our hiring processes, attract qualified candidates, and maintain a positive reputation as individuals/employers. Tell somebody to tell another person, especially a jobseeker, don’t jump on every job advertisement 🤝✌️😊

"No agencies please." ✋🏼🚫 Yet your AD has been reposted for 3rd time in 12 weeks... I appreciate that there are unethical recruiters out there who over-promise/under-deliver or throw as many *awful* CVs at you as possible. But there are agents out there who practice ethical recruitment, work hard, listen to your needs and adjust them to the current market!! Recruitment should be about building long-term, trustworthy relationships, someone to take the stress out of hiring (the advert writing, posting, sifting through the CVs, screening them, booking interviews, feedback and offers AHHH!). It is a full-time job that should be given to someone you can trust. Recruiters will: ➡️ Have specialist knowledge of the current market ➡️ An existing database of candidates (including passive candidates) ➡️ Know competitors and where to find talent ➡️ Get the job done! I'd like to see some "Agencies welcome" posted on adverts. 🤝

Expanding Horizons in Recruitment 🚀 | Business Development Manager | Driving Growth and Building Strong Client Relationships
I couldn’t agree more with this post! A lot of companies miss out on great recruiters because of bad past experiences, but there are many agencies that genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to find the right candidates. In my work with staffing firms, I’ve seen how recruiters can act like true partners, not just people who are trying to fill roles quickly. They take the time to understand the company’s needs, stay up-to-date with the job market, and even have access to passive candidates you won’t find on job boards. The hiring process is time-consuming—writing job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing offers. The right agency can save a company a lot of time and stress, and they bring a lot of value by doing it well. It would be great to see more companies say ‘Yes’ to agencies that focus on quality. Finding the right talent is an investment, and agencies that build trust and work closely with their clients make all the difference. #Recruitment #HiringSolutions #TalentAcquisition #EthicalRecruitment #RecruitmentAgency #HiringPartners #HRSolutions #Staffing #TalentStrategy #WorkforceSolutions #HiringTips #JobMarket #CareerGrowth

🚀 When advertising your job, cast your net wide & improve your chances of reaching the right candidates🚀 Limiting your adverts reach by only using one job board can dramatically restrict your talent pool to recruit from. Some candidates only sign up with one or two job boards, so they do not get inundated with calls from recruiters, spam emails etc… so if your job appears across all the leading job boards, such as indeed, TotalJobs, reed.co.uk & CV Library, LinkedIn and many others, then you’ve greatly improved your odds of reaching the ideal candidate. 💼 Start attracting the talent you need today & advertise across all platforms from just £399! I completely understand your frustration with job advertisements that have incomplete or intentionally hidden requirements. It can be really discouraging for job seekers when they apply and then find out that they don't meet certain criteria. It's important for companies to be transparent about their requirements in job advertisements to avoid confusion and ensure that both the company and the job seekers are on the same page.

🔍🚫5 Reasons why relying solely on job adverts won’t connect you with top talent… 👀Limited Audience: Job adverts only reach active job seekers. Some of the best candidates often aren’t actively looking for a job but could be open to new opportunities. 📉Volume vs. Quality: Job ads bring many applications, yet the pool of truly qualified candidates is small. The result is a lengthy screening process. 🤔Self-Selection Bias: Only people who think they fit the job will apply, potentially excluding talented individuals who underestimate their fit. 🏆Market Saturation: In competitive job markets, top candidates often receive many job offers. A job ad alone may not be enough to attract them. ✍️Poorly Written Job Adverts: Vague or unengaging job adverts fail to attract top candidates, leaving you with fewer quality applicants. #SocioTalent #YourTalentPartner #Recruitment #TalentAcquisition #HiringTips #JobAdverts #TopTalent #HR #HiringStrategies #Workplace
