You know all that first-party data you collect? Use it. I think sometimes, marketers underestimate how much data we actually have access to. We collect their emails through demo requests forms, Calendly links, lead magnets, newsletter signups. We have an idea of how they are feeling through their responses to feedback forms and surveys, or their interactions with the Sales or Customer Support teams. When you link your CRM to your web analytics tool, you can see when the leads come back to your website, what pages they viewed, what links they clicked. When they become customers, you know what they bought, when they bought, and how much they bought. If they are repeat customers, you know what the amount of time is between purchases. The amount of data we have at our fingertips, massive. So use it. Use it to segment your users. Use it to hyper-personalize your marketing campaigns. Use it to improve the customer experience. Use it to predict and anticipate user behaviours. Just [redacted] use it.
