I have always wondered how do #invoicediscounting platforms were deciding what will be the % IRR an investor will get for taking risk in that deal. Recently asked this question to Tap Invest founder Nishchay Nath who have a very unique process in my opinion, they are piloting a method where they let the issuer company choose how much % IRR they want to give to the investor with a floor and cap in place by #TapInvest If the companies deals are not getting fully subscribed, they can offer a higher IRR, but if they get subscribed easily, they may have hit a sweet spot with investors! This is a good price discovery mechanism.
