We’ve recently reaffirmed our commitment as a new company to the LGBTIQ+ Standards of Conduct for Business by United Nations Human Rights (OHCHR),” says our Head of DEI & Inclusive Workplace Véronique BAULET. “Refusing to accept ongoing inequalities, we are not bystanders; we are committed to taking decisive actions to foster fair opportunities for everyone, starting in our workplace. There is still much work to be done, and we are continually identifying and addressing areas for improvement, ensuring that everyone is united in our journey towards a more inclusive and equitable world.” Our colleagues across different offices celebrated Pride Month in many vibrant and meaningful ways.
