Who sounds more trustworthy: Charlie or Claire? Charlie: “We are an amazing organization that is changing the world.” Claire: “We have won awards for our work, and CNBC featured us for making a difference.” My take: Claire is far more trustworthy because she’s using other people and organizations to validate her company’s work. Third-party validation builds trust with target audiences. This can include: 1. Excellent Yelp reviews. 2. Positive press coverage. 3. Influencer endorsements. It also spreads your message far more quickly. Charlie can only make so many speeches, post so many times on social media, and write so much content. But hundreds of happy clients, dozens of media outlets, and 10 well-connected influencers can spread Claire’s message a thousand-fold faster. Third-party validation is also a bulwark against attacks. Charlie will defend his work; Claire can rely on what everyone else is saying about her organization. How are third-party validators helping you build trust with target audiences? #Influencers #SocialMedia #Prospects

#SorryNotSorry Our Most Valuable Asset Isn't for Sale Every once in a while, we're asked for our media and influencer lists. Every time, my answer is simple: We don’t share them. This is because we pride ourselves on the relationships we've built over the years with journalists and influencers. These relationships are nurtured with trust, respect and time. They’re genuine connections that enable us to get the incredible results we achieve for our clients. Just like you wouldn't share a proprietary business method or your grandmother's secret recipe, we don’t share our lists. Our relationships are the lifeblood of our PR work. They’re the reason why, when we send a pitch, it doesn’t fall into a black hole. And they’re also one of the many reasons why you would hire us! What’s your approach to building authentic relationships in your industry? #PublicRelations #RelationshipBuilding #MediaRelations

Lessons Learned. The recent US Presidential election teaches us a vital lesson: Build a tribe, and they’ll follow you anywhere. Social media influencers have cultivated loyal communities that trust their insights. As marketers, we must shift our focus from celebrity endorsements to fostering real connections with our audience. #Election2024 #AudienceEngagement #BrandLoyalty #TheIdeasBunker

The world of personal finance and branding influencers is filled with many anonymous figures. There are anonymous client whose business/page has grown by 10x in 3 months. There are anonymous employees who are just in awww for the manager. There are anonymous leads coming in from linkedin. There is anonymous P&L where monthly 7 digit figure is clocking in. By tonight many of these influencers would be getting invite for Donald Trump's swearing-in ceremony. After all they helped Donald Trump to do so well in the social media space. #linkedin #influencers #brandexperts

Many of us feel lost when we try to think of how to approach social media platforms. Social media can feel really overwhelming with all the strategies, viral videos, and what the "influencers" are telling us to do. But at its core it's just... Being "Social". Imagine you are hanging out with your audience in person, your supporters, your friends and families, and your peers. What would you say to them? What news would you share? Did you discover an awesome tip you want to echo to your tribe? Did you have a bad day at work, you faced a challenge, you had coffee with a prospect, etc. What news would they share with you? You would reply to them (leave comments, engage with their photos), and celebrate their successes too. At the core of it, if you start at reframing your mindset on approaching social media, we can start to humanize it and it's a great place to start for finding success on social media platforms. If anyone wants to chat about this further - I'd love to tell you more! #socialmediamarketer #fortworthbusinessowners #socialmediastrategies #socialmediaagency

💡 LinkedIn Isn't the ICP You're Looking For LinkedIn often feels like a sea of sellers trying to sell their tools to other sellers. And guess what? If you're one of them, you're likely not targeting your ideal customer profile (ICP). Instead of following the noise or copying the "influencers" around here, focus on studying your prospects: ✅ Understand their habits. ✅ Immerse yourself in their environment. ✅ Tailor your messaging to solve their real problems—not just what sounds good on LinkedIn. Sales is about connection, not trends. Don't get caught chasing the right people, with the wrong message —get back to what they CARE about.

Many Americans learned about last week's #NATOSummit on social media. From influencers. It was part of NATO's strategy. Does this mean now we all need an #influencer strategy? I need to know what you think... The Embassy of Italy in the US is teaming up with National Digital Roundtable and Social Driver on an amazing event next week. We are bringing together influencers in our Nation's Capital with a combined following of millions to discuss the #creatoreconomy alongside top government officials, media outlets and nonprofit brands. 🤫 I wish I could tell you their names. You know many of them. But Andreas Sandre told me I'm not allowed to spoil it. 🤫 But we will post a recap and photos after. I plan to ask them about changes to the top social platforms, how AI is impacting creators, and where the media landscape is going. I'm going to ask them your questions too. What do you want to know from some of the country's top influencers about how to partner with them, or what drives engagement in today's environment? Please post below or message me directly. #digitalroundtable #socialmedia
