🍻 You probably just see another random beer, right? 🍺 But let me tell you, it's so much more than that! It's a celebration of teamwork, innovation, and dedication. 🎉 Think about it: 🌾 The numerous researchers who tirelessly worked on developing the cereal Tritordeum since 1977. 🚜 The farmers in multiple countries who multiplied seeds and produced the grain. 🔬 The Boortmalt Innovation team, micro-malting countless samples to perfect the malting process for our cereal. 🏭 The malt-house that turned the grain into Cádiz-the sweet, the first-ever commercial base malt made of Tritordeum. 🔱The communication team that developed such a cool storytelling on the Atlantis. 📈 The Badass Barley Malt commercial team that championed the new malt in their market. 🍺 The brewers, courageous enough to be pioneers in testing the new Atlantis Series range. 💪 And Alba Martínez Castilla, Wiro Nillesen, and myself, from Vivagran, supporting every step of the way. We are immensely proud of the Boortmalt team, especially Irina Bolat, Cristal Peck, Patrick Hubert, for such an incredible achievement, and we can't wait for more innovative beers using our Tritordeum malts. 🌾🍻 Beer details: Brewer: Pivnica i Pivovara Mlinarica, from Croatia Type: Weisse Bier with 60% Cádiz and Munich Here's to teamwork, dedication, and endless possibilities! 🥂 #TeamWork #Innovation #BeerRevolution #Tritordeumbeer #Tritordeum #BadassBarleyMalt #Boortmalt #AtlantisMaltSeries #CadizTheSweet🚀

Portuguese company SOGRAPE is expanding its footprint in Spain through the acquisition of Viña Mayor winery from Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos, located in the renowned ‘Golden Mile’ of Ribera del Duero. This strategic move aims to develop a premium project in the region, as outlined in their official statement. Continuing the legacy established by Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos, Sogrape, the largest Portuguese wine company, intends to leverage its robust distribution network to enhance and promote the Viña Mayor brand both within Spain and internationally. As part of the agreement, EDH will retain the Secreto brand, serving as its flagship in Ribera del Duero. The transaction advisory for Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos is provided by Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, with the team led by partner and head of the Bilbao office Estibaliz Aramburu (pictured left) and the of counsel of Public and Regulatory Law and coordinator of the agri-food law group José Luis Palma Fernández (pictured right), as well as Mónica Ojeda Soler, Yago Fernández Darna, and Mónica Matas García. DID YOU KNOW THAT … Ukraine has a rich winemaking history. Crimea was particularly well-known for its wine production. Odessa - another historical region - boasts two premier wineries – Shabo and Kolonist – both of which produce some excellent wines (which regularly appeared on my dinner table). Transcarpathia (Zakarpattia) also has a long tradition. For example, the Sass K Winery produces wines reminiscent of Hungarian Aszú. And now Ukraine is looking to further develop its winemaking sector by seeking investors for an agricultural company with rare wine cellars in Transcarpathia. 🍇🍷 The Leanka enterprise is being prepared for privatization through the Prozorro.Sales auction. This initiative, led by the State Property Fund’s head, Vitaliy Koval, aims to propel the enterprise towards new heights of success. Thanks to Ukraine Business News for the interesting news about this opportunity. #InvestmentOpportunity #Winemaking #Ukraine #Transcarpathia #WineCellars #ProzorroSales

What is Avocado Oil ? Avocado oil is a cooking oil made from the flesh of the avocado fruit. It's a flavorful oil that's good for high-heat cooking as well as salad dressings and dips. Fast Facts 🍐Made by pressing avocado pulp 🔥 Has a smoke point of 480 to 520 F 💯 Has a rich, mushroomy flavor, especially the virgin varieties 🎉 Good for cooking as well as no-heat applications There are two main types of avocado oil, so-called virgin, and refined. Virgin avocado oil is the pure oil that's extracted by pressing the flesh of the avocado fruit and then spinning the pulp to separate the oil from the water and fruit solids. It has a rich, nutty, mushroomy flavor, and a bright green color. Like with olive oil, avocado oil made from the first pressing of the avocados is referred to as "extra-virgin." Interesting Facts about Gouda: 1. Gouda is one of the oldest recorded cheeses in the world. Historians date the cheese back to the 12th century. 2. The cheese is named after the Dutch city of Gouda, not because it is produced in this region, but historically, farmers from the surrounding area would bring their cheese to sell in Gouda on market days. 3. It is traditionally made from cow's milk, although some artisan varieties use sheep's or goat's milk. 4. A few Dutch farmers still traditionally make the cheese using unpasteurized milk. This cheese is called boerenkaas (farmers cheese). Most Dutch Gouda today are industrially produced. 5. Most Americans wrongly pronounce Gouda as 'GOO-duh.' The correct pronunciation is "GAOW duh" or "HOW-duh." Contact me today to plan your Amsterdam adventure!
