ECG is currently looking for a Finance Manager to be part of our Human Services department- Integrated Support Services. Hiring Range: $85,744-$107,179. The maximum pay for this position is $128,615. The Finance Manager (Integrated Support Services (ISS) Manager) is a leadership role overseeing finances, quality assurance, and staff within the Department. This manager ensures accurate financials, compliance, and efficient service delivery across DHS programs. They collaborate effectively, lead by example, and champion continuous improvement. Qualifications: ➡ A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (master's preferred). ➡Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience and 4 years in accounting, finance, or administration. ➡Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and budgeting. ➡Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ➡Ability to adapt to change, manage time effectively, and prioritize workload.
