Would you buy a house with an AI agent? Huh?? AI is on the rise. Real estate agent commissions are about to change dramatically and it may not be worth it for many agents to show houses to buyers. What if AI could do most of the work? Let me know if you think this is farfetched. #AI #aijobloss #realestate #cre #amazon https://lnkd.in/eRe6DEAS?
Obviously it can't show you a house at this point. But it may able to give you an unbiased list of houses that fit your criteria ( not the ones the agent is the listing agent as is the case now). It may also be able to give virtual tours if someone uploads pics / videos. But there definitely is an emotional aspect of buying a house from both buyers and sellers, and at this point AI is definitely lacking in that.
I like people. And I've seen all the movies where this whole AI thing goes terribly wrong. 😬
The idea of an AI agent handling most of the work a bit farfetched at first glance, the benefits it could bring in terms of time-saving, data-driven decision-making, and potentially lower costs are worth considering.
I could see agents trying this out. Eventually society will come to an understanding of which industries need personal involvement and people will be willing to pay a premium for it
I do not think you can trust AI to be honest and I would think you need to trust your realtor, no Ephraim Allon?
Interesting. I wonder what that would look like. Esther Reizes-Lowenbein do you think this is the near future?

7moI think you need to establish what AI does, or for that matter what an agent does for you. Neither makes a decision but can advise you on the current situation. A good agent can obtain non public information by observation or talking to the other agent, but an agent also can misinform to close the deal. AI is not magical, it's trained and, like an agent, it can be trained to be honest or sneaky.
