When we talk about climate change, it is more than statistics or data points; it is about people. In addressing the climate crisis, we must recognize how it disproportionately affects vulnerable communities. This will help us understand that people do not live single-issue lives. Issues are interconnected. The people who are disproportionately affected by climate disasters include: * Low-income communities * Women and children * Indigenous people * People with disabilities * People of color * Etc These people face disproportionate impacts that include: * Water, Air, and land pollution * Displacement * Extreme weather events * Etc When we talk about climate action, it must leave no one behind.
