Did you know?💡 The 2024 Olympic Games in Paris achieved historic gender parity with a 50:50 split in athlete representation. 5,250 men and 5,250 women athletes participated across 32 sports.⚖ But it didn’t stop there. An increase in women commentators and coaches, the provision of childcare facilities and a gender-balanced broadcast schedule to ensure equitable visibility during peak viewing hours made for a more equal playing field.
