East Brown Cow has managed this three-story historic brick building since its acquisition in 1993. 66 Pearl Street was originally built as a warehouse and general store in 1877 for the Emery Waterhouse Company on a street that was once known as “hardware row.” Located on Court House Block in the heart of the Old Port, this property is connected to and managed together with 151 Middle Street.
