Some easy ways to be a supportive ally are: 1) Adding your pronouns to your email signature. 2) Introducing yourself with your name and pronouns, as well as asking for the pronouns of others. 3) Normalizing the addition of pronouns on company materials, during meetings and most other places that openly list someone's name.
