Referral programs work There are usually (paid) employee referral programs at most companies. If you are looking for a new position, research your network to see whether you know anyone who works at a target company With programs like these, employers win, the individual who refers you wins, and you win There may be a probationary period, but in the end, the employee who refers you might just get a payout if you end up working out Do yourself a favor and make sure you keep in touch with all of your professional contacts over the entire course of your career - not just when you need something from someone (that will feel like they are being used or manipulated)

6. Start an Employee Referral Program If you’ve already got a great group of employees, you can likely trust their referrals for new candidates. Good people generally know and hang out with other good people and will refer people who fit into the company’s culture. A referral program incentivizes them to reach out to friends and potential candidates to pitch working for you. You can even go beyond an incentive and make the referral process a contest with fun prizes and rewards for those who participate.

Feeling unsure about recruitment? maybe it is time for you to get employee referral program. Employee referral program is designed to attract the best employee from someone who's working in the company. Most likely someone who referred you will get a bonus (money) from the employer if you're accepted in that position. As a candidate, what should you do? ⏩ Call or text someone you know or close with in the company. Persuade and convince them that you're a strong candidate to be referred with. ⏩ Message employee on LinkedIn, ask and offer yourself to be referred by them. You may try by being friendly and take the right time to discuss about this with them. However, it must be not an easy journey since it takes a lot of courage and spending much time. Wanna try it? Please message me for further more. #employeereferral #recruitment #talentacquisition #peoplesolution
