As an experienced professional, a Field Services Account Manager develop and deepen relationships with high-value customers in their assigned territory to gain dominant market share and expand customer wallet share for profitable Field Services revenue. Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner Identify, hunt and close net new business opportunities at existing customers Identify and map white space in all owned accounts; penetrate areas to grow business at existing customers Identify, hunt and close business with new customers High touchpoints with customers and prospects to increase wallet share, developing network within accounts and prospects to increase awareness of CH FS capabilities Collaborate consistently with FS heavy CAMs to expand Corporate and Key account access Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives. Assist in the collection of invoiced revenue from Customers. Position or status power is attached to the position not the person, whereas personal power is entirely attached to the person. The experienced account manager knows personal power is permanent, attached to the person having it, and can outweigh other power sources. 🌟 My Sales Journey: From Fabrics to Energy Solutions 🌟 Looking back at my career, it’s been an incredible journey filled with growth, challenges, and innovation. I started my sales career in 2017 as a Sales Executive Manager at Okerunas Exclusive Fabrics Ltd, where I learned the art of understanding customer needs and building lasting relationships. Selling premium fabrics taught me the value of quality and the importance of attention to detail. In 2022, I took on a new challenge as the Assistant Director of Events, Special Duties, and Projects at the Private Office of H.E Abubakar Bukola Saraki. This role was a game-changer, expanding my skills in project management and event coordination, and teaching me the power of strategic planning. Transitioning to Bani Media Productions as a Marketing Coordinator in late 2022 further broadened my perspective. I dove into the world of media and marketing, learning how to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences. In early 2023, I joined Youdofa Consulting as a Sales Development Representative, where I sharpened my skills in prospecting and lead generation. It was here that I truly learned the value of persistence and the power of a well-crafted pitch. Today, I am proud to be the Sales Development Manager at E-Sam Energy Solutions Ltd.
