Juggling work responsibilities, nursery drop-offs, and managing client needs can feel like an uphill battle. This week, I'll also be opening up the office, dropping off my little one at nursery, and ensuring three clients are well taken care of. It's enough to make anyone's head spin! To keep my sanity and productivity in check, I've found a few key methodologies that help me stay focused and organised: 🍅 Pomodoro Technique: This time-management method has been a game-changer for me. By breaking work into 25-minute intervals (Pomodoros) with short breaks, I can maintain focus without feeling overwhelmed. It’s amazing how much you can accomplish when you set a timer and commit to a single task. ➕ Eisenhower Matrix: This simple framework helps me prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. It's a great way to ensure I tackle what's critical first, without getting sidetracked by less important tasks. Plus, it's a quick visual guide to keep my day on track. 🗒 Daily Planning: At the start of each day, I jot down my top three priorities. This practice gives me a sense of direction and helps me stay focused even when things get hectic.
