Tips on time management... 📅 ⌚ 1. Prepare the night before if you can. This will help you feel more prepared the next morning and reduce decision fatigue. 2. Invest in a good planner — whether it's digital or physical. Find a planner that works with your schedule and type of work. Visit the link below to see which we recommend. 3. Give yourself a time buffer, always. Running behind or not having enough time can make you feel anxious. Rather, if a task is going to take 40 minutes, allow for 1 hour. 4. Meal plan on Sundays. Whether it's preparing your meals or groceries, set 1 day where to restock and plan. 5. Use the Pomodoro technique. Basically, you work in 25-minute increments.
