#PsychologicalSafety - the key to greater innovation Over the past four years at #Novartis, I have learned that psychological safety is the absolute foundation for constructive collaboration and #innovation. Creating a space where it is OK to admit mistakes, speak up opinions and questions, and take calculated risks, encourages to take a step out of your comfort zone. Why is that? 🤸♀️ HIGHER MOTIVATION: In a speak-up culture, everyone experiences that their contribution matters and that they don't have to be afraid of offending people with their opinions and ideas. 🗳 BETTER DECISIONS: The more perspectives that flow into a discussion, the more informed the decisions that are made. 🎓 STRONGER LEARNING CULTURE: When individuals are motivated to talk openly about their mistakes and actively deal with them, the foundation is laid for learning together and continuous improvement. As I take the plunge into a new role outside the pharmaceutical world, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for this great experience and fantastic #teamwork I have had at Novartis. Feeling energized and excited following my 10-day visit to Pfizer India 🇮🇳. Thank you Debjit Biswas for hosting me. During my visit, we shared our AI/ML research/innovation agenda and explored a number of exciting opportunities and current efforts including:  - Fine-tuning LLMs to precisely develop draft 1.0 of regulatory documents;  - Leveraging multimodal health and biological data from EHRs, RWE, imaging, omics to inform & bring to market next generation of therapies…rapidly  - Building graph representations of "targets to patients" and everything in between to improve explainability of AI/ML models for drug repurposing, identification of combination therapies and more ;  - Smart labeling and AI-driven curation to increase speed and precision of key R&D deliverables; - Clear and concise process and SOPs to facilitate collaborative innovation Look forward to continued partnership with this team! #pfizercolleague
