Glad to be a part of the Virginia College Personnel Association Virtual Drive-In Conference today. The Next Chapter: Higher Education & Student Support in VA themed our time together. We shared our journey in developing a dynamic strategic plan for the Division of Student Affairs following leadership and organizational transitions. We discussed our inclusive process in crafting a mid-term strategic blueprint. We aimed to produce a realistic and agile plan that offers clarity and guidance for navigating critical issues within the current higher education landscape.
