Just experienced a brilliant example of product sense from UserTesting! 🚀 On my first login, I was greeted with an onboarding screen. But here's the clever part: they included a "Show Next Time" button. Why is this so smart? 1️⃣ It recognizes that first-time users often have a specific task in mind and may be in a hurry. 2️⃣ It respects the user's time and priorities. 3️⃣ It doesn't force information on users who aren't ready for it. 4️⃣ It ensures the onboarding info isn't lost - just delayed to a more convenient time. This small feature shows a deep understanding of user behavior and needs. It's a perfect balance between providing necessary information and respecting user autonomy. Kudos to the UserTesting team for this thoughtful design choice! It's these small details that often make the biggest difference in user experience. #UX #ProductDesign #UserExperience #ProductSense What other examples of great product sense have you encountered recently?
