I bet you started your last job interview making this common mistake - let me show you a better way : « My name is XXX and I am grateful to talk to you for this interview. I graduated from this university and then I worked as X in company Y and … » 😅 🙅♂️ Stop 🙅♂️ The recruiter is a customer, and you want to convince them to buy your product: 💫YOU💫 You have to come into the interview prepared with your pitch in mind: ➡️ 3 items you want the recruiter to remember about your profile ➡️ KPIs or impactful figures so they can picture clearly what you achieved ➡️ Personal success stories of difficult situations you overcame or solved ✅ Make sure you use these items when they ask you to introduce yourself The recruiter doesn’t want to hear your life story, they want to hear unique facts about you that make you special and qualified for the role ! 🙌

He completed 10 interviews but received no job offers. He said he was given positive feedback every time. Clearly, something wasn't right because he wasn't being selected. So before I introduced him to my client, we completed a full mock interview session, and then I told him the truth. He didn't tell clear stories with real results or proof of impact. He also needed to prepare some better questions to ask at the end. Over the next 4 weeks, he completed 3 more interviews and received 2 job offers. How long should you wait for the job offer after the final round of interviews? ⏳ Typically, it can take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks, or even longer. The exact duration varies based on factors such as the company's size, internal processes, and urgency to fill the position. Larger companies with complex processes and many stakeholders involved typically need more time to make a decision, leading to a longer wait time for an offer. If you receive an offer very quickly after the interview (within a day or two), it could be a sign that the company is eager to fill the position and you were the top candidate. If you wait for weeks or even months without hearing back, it might be a sign that the hiring process is stalled or they've decided to go with another candidate. In such cases, it might be appropriate to send a follow-up email inquiring about the status and politely expressing your continued interest (if applicable). Good luck!

My biggest thing with interviewing is just tell me the truth. What is it that I can fix to be selected for hire? So many times your ghosted with no response or reason as to why you were rejected. As a applicant, we just wanna what we’re doing wrong to not be selected so we can fix it.

I just read a Forbes article that said the following - "It’s completely natural to be anxious about a job interview.
