📣📣 Here’s how you can stop comparing yourself to others 📣📣 🚨 Err, well, you’ll probably still compare yourself to others, but here’s how you can put that internal monologue in context → 🤔 I ask 2 simple questions: 🏇 Where did I start and where am I now? 🎉 🏔 You probably started wayyy further back than you give yourself credit for. And you’ve probably come a very, very long way. We often don’t reflect on this enough. 🏰 🏃♀️ We don’t reflect on everything we’ve learned, all that we’ve overcome, and the people that we’ve helped along the way. Sure, you’ll always have an urge to compare yourself to others in absolute terms → “what they have” versus “what I have”. But really the true utility is in understanding where you came from, where you are now... 👟👟👟 And then understanding how you can use those learnings to push you forward for the next part of the journey 💨💨💨

Ever thought breaking a record could be your golden ticket to wealth? Forget stocks and real estate for a moment. Let's dive into the world of record-breaking. It's not just about the glory and the title; it's a less trodden path that could lead to unexpected fortune. Imagine setting a world record. Sounds cool, right? But here's where it gets interesting. That achievement doesn't just earn you a spot in the record books. It catapults you into a realm of unique opportunities - speaking engagements, brand endorsements, book deals, and more. Your unique feat becomes your brand, a brand that's valuable and sought after. But here's the catch - it's not just about being the best. It's about being unique, creative, and perhaps a bit audacious. Think outside the box. What's something only you can do? Or better yet, something no one has thought to do? The road less traveled by wealth seekers might just be paved with Guinness World Records certificates. So, what record are you going to break? Let's start a conversation. Share your wildest record-breaking ideas below. Who knows? Your next post might be from the record books.

GOING AGAINST THE ODDS 5 years ago, neither Shageldi Ovezov nor I had the confidence that we would achieve all that we have today. It has been a long, challenging but rewarding journey - a journey during which we made decisions and took actions at every step of the way. At times those decisions came with uncertainty and doubt, where we just took the shot with given odds. And those odds were not always to our favor The reason why we brought this edition today is that one of the commonly asked questions by our WW participants is “How do I know if this is going to work”, or “How do I know if this is the right decision?” The truth is, sometimes there is no way to predict how those decisions will turn out and you have to make a bet. What Shageldi Ovezov and I suggest is no matter the odds are to understand the consequences of the bet. Once that decision brings you closer to your goals and dreams, make sure to appreciate that outcome and the people who have supported you along the way. On the other hand, if that decision fails to deliver, then be courageous enough to take ownership of that decision and not blame anything or anyone else. As a friendly reminder, Shageldi Ovezov and I still continuing to offer a 30-minute 1 on 1 discussion for anyone who thinks they can benefit from it. Your #mondaymotivation is inspired by Kathy Caprino. Often we are challenged by tough decisions we feel pressured into making. Before you do, consider these three questions. It is important to pause, assess and act in that order. This will empower you to make the choice that's right for you. #coachingtips #thepauseeffect #executivecoaching
Are you in the struggle? Faced with a tough decision? Ask yourself these three questions, and assess where you are. Great advice from Kathy Caprino
