🌍♻️ On July 30, 2024, an agreement has been signed for the reclamation of Khmelnytskyi’s landfill and the construction of new waste storage facilities—a major advancement in the “Modernization of Solid Waste Infrastructure” project, funded by the EBRD. As consultants Egis team provided crucial support to project's implementer, the Communal Enterprise “Spetskomuntrans” and Smart Environment Khmelnytskyi throughout the procurement process, from tender preparation to contract signing, and will continue with ongoing technical supervision. Project's mission is to help the city build an integrated, sustainable waste management system in line with the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. 🌱🚧 🗣️ “The signing of this agreement marks a pivotal step forward in addressing the pressing environmental challenges faced by Khmelnytskyi. Our team at Egis is proud to contribute our expertise to ensure that the landfill reclamation and new waste storage facilities are developed to the highest international standards.
