More than ever before, we need people who can stand up for what matters and challenge established ways of making change. It’s only one tiny thing, but we give away a place on every course cohort we run, to increase access and try to make our sector a bit more equitable. So once again there will be 1 free place available on Tilt's upcoming Agile In Action programme; one on the September cohort and one on the November cohort. Places are open to anyone who: 👉 Identifies as being from a minoritised group 👉 or is doing work to make the charity sector more equitable 👉 or is in some way challenging the status quo of how we do good If that’s you, we’d love to offer you a place. We have made the application quick and simple (we just ask you to share a note about what difference it would make to you or your org, no need to “justify” why you’re applying). Exploring Rolfs reflective model: A path to personal and professional growth: Rolfs model is helping teams evaluate a shared experience or a recent event so that they can identify ways to improve or act Key elements of Rolfs model: 1.what? Members of my team and I had a task consisting of building a spaghetti tower-constructing the tallest standing structure using resources consisting off sticks, tape and a string whilst placing a marshmallow on top. This gave me a good understanding of scarcity and using materials as well as consistently adapting and improving. 2.so what?: was a very interesting time. This is because we engaged in a collaborative decision until we reached a consensus. The impact was significantly boosting for our teams confidence but also individually to take part in other future experiences and want to push for further achievements. 3.now what? This crucial step involves planning for future action. From this I ask myself what have I learned? How will this influence my future practice? What changes or improvements can be made?
