Meet Katherine Rasley, EIT, our EPC HV Project Engineer. Katherine brings over seven years of experience.
She graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato Iron Range Engineering program with a BS in #Engineering and a passion for the power and #renewableindustry.
In her previous roles, she supported #interconnection across the US and Canada, designed substations, co-led a regulatory filing team, and led a safety improvement team. We're pleased to have her as a member of our SME Engineering team!

Every day, there are technological, regulatory, and industry advancements that shape the future of energy, making it an ever-changing landscape we must navigate. These innovations mean that the grid is continuously becoming more complex and advanced.
I find this evolution captivating, especially as we reimagine how to make the grid safer, more reliable, and more sustainable. To keep up with this dynamic industry, I eagerly delve into #professional publications, webinars, newsletters, and podcasts. I also actively participate in professional organizations and peer groups dedicated to advancing renewable technology.
Engaging with other professionals often offers insights that I might miss in my research. I'm always seeking to integrate what I learn, aiming to enhance standards and challenge the status quo.
By understanding the innovations we're driving toward for the future, we can better design our projects to be #sustainable and adaptable today.
