This month, June, is PRIDE Month, and we're excited to join the celebration under the NIH's 2024 theme, "Pride in Belonging." This theme underscores the importance of creating inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and accepted. At Element Six Creative Group (e6), we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion for all. We recognize that progress knows no boundaries and that everyone’s story deserves to be heard. The journey towards LGBTQ+ justice, equality, and inclusion, has never been easy. We’ve faced countless challenges, naysayers, and setbacks. But, with the support of our allies, we’ve persevered. Over the last two decades, we’ve achieved what once seemed impossible: workplace protections, marriage equality, greater representation across every major platform, and a shift in hearts and minds towards greater acceptance and inclusion of our community. As we celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month, it’s important we remember our progress and our accomplishments. They remind us how strong our community can be and renew us for the important work ahead. June is Pride Month–a time to celebrate the resilience of the LGBTQ+ community and their progress in pursuit of equality and acceptance. It’s a time for reflection, education, and connection.
