We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Urban DC and Cobild following the successful completion of Horizon Frankston. Harbour Frankston, located at 446-450 Nepean Highway, is the next chapter in this collaborative journey. The 12-storey development will provide an opportunity to create a new urban language in an area that blends small density housing with mid-rise developments.
