One of the first of the new generation of Elenberg Fraser's super towers, 380 Lonsdale is actually two towers in one. The South tower houses a combination of residential apartments and hotel rooms, the other is exclusively a residential tower. The forms of the towers appear as silver diagonal ripples across the facade. Each apartment is given the undeniable attraction of bay windows formed with curved glass. Residents get incredible 180 degree views, while the shifting curvature provides the building’s surface with a vertical rhythm. #lonsdale #melbourne #architecture

380 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. Decidedly cosmopolitan, 380 Lonsdale Street seems to have everything that Melbourne needs. Harbour Frankston, located at 446-450 Nepean Highway, is the next chapter in this collaborative journey.
