How long can you sit with mediocrity? I’ve spoke with multiple advertisers recently who aren’t happy with their paid media performance, but aren’t reviewing management. Why? 😩 it’s too much effort 😱 they’re scared of performance drops 🤷♀️ they can’t be bothered This baffles me, because dealing with a problem is hard for a short period, but then it can get better 📈 Whereas sitting uncomfortably with something you’re unhappy about can last for months and months, and have a greater impact on both performance and motivation. Surely if you hate something, you should change something? #ppc #paidsocial #paidmedia
