Nah, I’m just playing - I’d see myself out like Cole if I ever dabbled in that type of LinkedIn content, lol. BUT if you want to flex your knowledge of The Culture in a fun, safe space at work, then hire Trivia For The Culture for your virtual and in-person Juneteenth event programming! A few months back I started alone, and now we have a team of 5 people at journyR. When I began this journey, it was just me and my dream. And seeing the team grow and having others believe in it too has been amazing. 📍The best thing I've learned about building a team is to respect everyone's ideas. Each person brings something special to the table, and that mix of ideas is what makes us better. + There should be no judgement; every idea deserves a chance. But at the same time, I learned something more important: 📍Focus on hiring people who can match your long-term goals, not just short term benefits. Because building a great team is as important as building a great product. And it takes time. So, think about various factors before hiring someone.
