(Yes, the 60% vote thing is nonsense in a special election…but the signature problem is worse.) 🚫Our Ohio legislature refuses to follow Supreme Court decisions that a bill or action is unconstitutional. 🚫And our gerrymandered legislature has a single party super-majority and can override a veto…if one ever happened. 🚫Our main election official is running in a mega-partisan US Senate race and is using Issue 1 to get earned (aka free) publicity.
