Pretty much all our projects to date have not been what we were asked to do. Take one of our US clients, who initially approached us to expand into Europe. After delving deep into their business model and exploring current opportunities, we redirected their focus towards maximising growth in the US market. Through omni-channel marketing, strategic shifts, and operational changes, we helped them capitalise on the world’s biggest market, rather than flirt too early with overseas. The results are really starting to come through! Similarly, with another client seeking support to raise private investment, we chose to refocus them to test the market and define commercial models, because there’s nothing wrong with growing organically despite what all the noise tells you. It’s a brave conversation to tell someone that you’re not going to do what they asked you to do, but it is the right thing to do! #TheColeidWay #authenticity #businessgrowth #success #innovation
