There is a HUGE opportunity for companies that give employees location and time flexibility. If you're in a position where you can hire, there are millions of high-skilled professionals that you can easily poach from companies that are stuck in the past. Just allow them to: - Work from where they want. - When they want. - Be themselves. Hire them with a flexible contract. Track their output. If they do a good job, keep them. Otherwise, it's not a match, and you give someone else a chance. Soon enough, you'll end up with a group of motivated individuals who care about the company and agree with their values. Do it before everyone starts doing it, and it's gonna be EASY GAME for you.

Too often, we hear about burnout and employers blaming it on their employees' poor time management. I've observed an abundance of open adjuster roles in the industry lately, I can't help but notice the challenge in filling them. 🤔 It's disheartening to see that one major hurdle could be the increasing trend of confrontational interactions with customers. 😟 Today's customers seem more inclined to voice their dissatisfaction, often resorting to aggressive behavior towards reps. 🗣️ This environment makes it tough to attract and retain talent in such crucial roles.
