With Mental Health Awareness Week this week, I wanted to talk about work:life and the importance of "checking out". I used last weekend to escape into the Victorian High Country, spending the evening remote. No signal, no laptop. Just our campsite, a fire and this view!! Feeling refreshed and like I had a good break (even if it was just a night). Using downtime to truly take the mind off of work, the constant that is life and the 100's of things we think about on the daily. A reminder, no matter how busy you are, it's ok to check out and look after yourself. Whatever that looks like to you and however long that may be, do it. #mentalhealth #checkout #clearmind SCALERR
