Back in May, we gathered our network for two jam-packed days at Cliff at Lyons, focusing on networking and sharing ideas. A special thank you to Colm Mackin and Helen Reavey, Founders of Act+Acre, Inc., Endeavor Entrepreneur Konstantin Rangelov, of DRONAMICS, and Jack Kirwan, Co-Founder and CEO of Sprout & Co, for their insightful sessions and generous contributions. One of the highlights was the enthralling fireside chat with Endeavor Ireland Founding Chairman The Edge, founding Board Member Denis O'Brien, and Endeavor Entrepreneur Barry Napier, the first Irish founder selected into the Endeavor network in March 2020. It is often said that the value of Endeavor lies in its people, and this event truly brought that to life. We connected through enjoyable activities, fascinating guest speakers, and fantastic food. We’re excited to bring together our board members, Endeavor entrepreneurs, mentors, and friends of the network again as we host the 100th International Selection Panel in Dublin this September. A huge thank you to our partner, J.P. Morgan Innovation Economy Ireland, for their support of Endeavor and dedication to the Irish entrepreneurial ecosystem. Special thanks to Mark Harrison for capturing the essence of our retreat through photos and videos. #OneEndeavor #Ireland #Entrepreneurship

Absolutely! Identifying and addressing the key internal threats or challenges is crucial for any organization's success. This self-awareness and willingness to confront difficult realities can unlock tremendous potential for growth and innovation. A strong, cohesive team that is not afraid to have honest dialogues is a powerful foundation for entrepreneurial ventures.
This one’s a bit long, but it’s arguably the most crucial principle I’ve applied in my entrepreneurial ventures, and it really makes all the difference. It all starts by asking yourself and your team, “Who are you most scared of in this organization?” #decodingentrepreneurship

Excuse me, but I need to know where July ran off to? The end of the month is always a great time to reflect and celebrate our wins while looking forward to the future. For us on the entrepreneurial journey, each month definitely brings its own lessons and wins. This month, I've been reminded how important it is to step back every once in a while. Stepping back and taking some time really opens up space to not only see what I've accomplished but also to enjoy the fruits of such hard work. For me personally, it also sparks so many creative ideas I never would have thought of if I just worked worked worked all of the time. This month, I've also been inspired by the incredible resilience and vibrant spirit that fuels us Latina entrepreneurs. It's the passion that wakes us up in the morning and the tenacity that keeps us going long after the sun has set. What about you? What has July taught you about your journey, your business, or yourself? P.S. August, we're coming for you! #EmpoweredLatinas #FirstGenLatinas #FirstGenSuccess #LatinaAmbassadors #LatinaAmbition #LatinaBoss #LatinaBusinessOwners #LatinaCEO #LatinaChangemakers #LatinaCoaches #LatinaCollaboration #LatinaCommunity #LatinaCreatives #LatinaDreamers #LatinaDreams #LatinaElevate #LatinaEmpires #LatinaEmpowerment #LatinaEntrepreneurialJourney #LatinaEntrepreneurs #LatinaEntrepreneurship #LatinaFocus #LatinaGoals #LatinaGrowth #LatinaHustle #LatinaInnovation #LatinaInnovators #LatinaInspiration #LatinaJourney
