I am super happy to report that PreTeL has been selected to present at the Reinventing Early Stage Investing (RESI) Boston Innovator’s Pitch Challenge at the upcoming conference on September 25th.    PreTeL is an early-stage AI driven Femtech startup.  CEO Marc Finch will be presenting in the Digital Health and AI section of the conference.  https://lnkd.in/eHjVuJ4Q PreTeL has the potential to improve the lives of moms and their babies everywhere providing personalized information on labor status to help physicians predict the onset of  preterm labor and potentially help adjust Pitocin (oxytocin) once labor has started.  Current predictions of preterm labor are inadequate, lead to significant increases in infant morbidity and increase healthcare costs. Improved evaluation leads to better outcomes through the timely and appropriate treatment reduce preterm birth complications. In addition, improper dosage of Pitocin is involved in about 50% of all labor and delivery malpractice claims and can lead to very significant fetal distress and mortality. PreTeL is seeing great early results for preterm labor prediction out of the ongoing NIH funded clinical studies at Duke University and University of Rochester Medical Center.   PreTeL plans to begin commercialization in 2-3 years. For more information see https//:pretelhealth.com
